So, Saturday we went over to a party Christel's ex-coworkers throw once a year (apparently my honey's presence was requested post tenure as she is indeed, the life of the party). They throw "theme" bashes and this one was white trash.

So I donned my wife-beater, busted pair of levis (which I was going to give to Good Will), and shaved my beard in the best redneck stereotype I could think of.

Well, first off I got waaaay too worked up over a picture from an earlier year's festivities (that insane possessive/jealous streak is a killer). I also did a beer funnel for the first time in my life, and whooped Chris's ass - she had one before me which she claims affected her performance, but I was a first-timer so oh boohoo =P

Later, we played multiple drinking games, and - after the bastards PICKED THE LOCK - got caught doing something we probably shouldn't have been in the bathroom. Ah, youth.

Funny how after a mind-numbing night of drinking you don't want to see alcohol again for at least a week, but then somehow love it just as much the next time around...
