Okay, that's a lie, there's so much to say I don't know where to begin. It's like my heart and mind are both stuck in a constant state of seizure, shaking uncontrollably. Life has become a blur, a cloudy haze, I have to focus on my breathing or I may just... fall apart.

Actually, falling apart may not be such a bad idea.
